The Chief Sanitary Inspector was informed by Nestlé Polska S.A. about the voluntary and precautionary withdrawal of certain infant food products. The reason? GIS: – Due to the potential presence of cereulide, a substance produced by the microorganism Bacillus cereus.
This action follows an investigation conducted by the company in connection with the withdrawal of two batches of NAN OPTIPRO PLUS 1 on December 11, 2025.
The investigation detected a quality non-compliance in one of the ingredients supplied by an external supplier and used in some infant food products.
