Trade unionists accuse Dino’s management of unlawful conduct and announce further steps

The conflict between the trade unions and Dino is escalating. Previously, the trade unionists notified the Główny Inspektorat Pracy and threatened a collective dispute. Now they report that they have notified the prosecutor’s office.

The trade unionists report:

(...) The Inter-Company Organization of OPZZ Konfederacja Pracy is notifying the prosecutor’s office of the possibility that the Management Board of Dino Polska has committed a crime. Why? To this day, Dino Polska has not provided the trade union with the documents necessary for conducting trade union activities, including the Work Regulations, which we have requested repeatedly. This is unlawful conduct (...).
