About us

We are a steadily growing manufacturing company operating in the poultry sector. We focus on quality, safety and continuous process improvement. Due to the development of our production structures, we are looking for a Production Leader who will be responsible for organising the team's work and achieving production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Co-creating and implementing production processes and areas
  • Managing the production team (planning, organising and supervising the team's work)
  • Ensuring the continuity and high quality of production tasks
  • Coordinating and executing internal and external orders
  • Supervising the technical condition of machinery and equipment and initiating improvements to production processes
  • Ensuring high standards of work organisation, quality and safety (OHS)
  • Ensuring an appropriate level of training and competence of the subordinate team
  • Participating in internal and external audits (QS, IKB)
  • Monitoring the team's attendance, absences and ongoing employee matters
  • Cooperating with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics)

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in managing a team of employees
  • Very good self-organisation and the ability to plan and make decisions
  • The ability to solve ongoing technical and organisational problems
  • Responsibility and accuracy in complying with procedures and regulations
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • At least secondary education (technical education preferred)
