The perpetrator was also acting under recidivism conditions, which significantly affects the severity of the sentence he faces.
During his arrest, the 62-year-old behaved aggressively—he insulted the police officers intervening, violated their bodily integrity and forced the officers to act in a specific manner. He has already been charged in this matter as well.
On 14 December 2025, the man was brought before the District Court in Jelenia Góra, which, at the prosecutor’s request, ordered his temporary detention for a period of two months.He will now face trial for the crimes he committed. He faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
