The emerging Vendo Park Bolesławiec will be the largest facility of its kind in Bolesławiec.
Earthworks began in the autumn of this year. The investment is scheduled for completion next year.

Construction of Vendo Park on Staroszkolna Street in Bolesławiec is proceeding according to schedule, with completion of the investment and the opening of the facility planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Confirmed tenants of Vendo Park Bolesławiec will include Leroy Merlin, Biedronka, Maxi Zoo, Media Expert, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Pepco, DM Drogerie, Haul Moda, Ochnik and Villaro.
The final list of stores will be announced closer to the facility’s opening date.
Vendo Park Bolesławiec will be located on Staroszkolna Street, on a plot covering more than 60,000 m², near national road no. 94 (the city bypass), where a roundabout connecting the retail park with the bypass is to be built. The investor therefore still faces work related to traffic solutions.
