UM Nowogrodziec informs:
Today, the parties signed a grant agreement under which the Gmina and City of Nowogrodziec is providing funds for the construction of two facilities: a health centre in Zebrzydowa and a centre in Wykroty. The total grant amounts to PLN 2,436,600, with PLN 1,218,300 allocated to each facility.
Officials add:
Starting tomorrow, the contractor carrying out geological surveys will enter the planned investment sites. The surveys are intended to determine the ground conditions precisely and will make it possible to plan further design and construction work. The survey results are expected by the end of the year. At the same time, immediately after the necessary data is obtained, the formal investment process will begin.
What is the work plan?
Authorities:
Instead of carrying out costly renovations of existing buildings, the municipality decided to construct new facilities. The new centres will be designed in accordance with modern standards and will be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Each facility will include, among other things:
- a spacious doctor’s office,
- a treatment room,
- a waiting room and sanitary facilities,
- staff facilities,
- modern medical equipment.
The investments will be carried out using modular technology, which will shorten the construction period and ensure high energy efficiency.
When is construction scheduled to be completed? By the end of 2026, in accordance with the planning schedule. Mayor Joanna Świder:
This is an investment that will genuinely improve access to healthcare in our municipality—especially for seniors. We are building modern, functional and accessible facilities where residents will receive prompt and professional primary healthcare services. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to securing the funds and preparing the project, and in particular Robert Adaszewski, who currently serves as acting director of SP ZOZ in Nowogrodziec.
