The incident took place on December 10, in the morning, on Karola Miarki Street in Bolesławiec. The emergency services were notified that someone might have been hurt because water was flowing from beneath the door of one of the premises.
However, it turned out that nobody was in the apartment in question. It quickly became clear that a pipe had failed.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
