On Wednesday, November 19, people from Krzysztof Rutkowski’s detective agency arrived in Bolesławiec and Lubań. Their activity in Bolesławiec focused around the viaduct and the gas station on Zgorzelecka Street.
In Lubań, they drove up to the old Mikułowa–Czarna high-voltage lines. These activities were related to the case of the theft and dismantling of a disused high-voltage line running from Mikułowa to Świebodzice and crossing Lubań County.
Unknown perpetrators were allegedly stealing wires containing highly valuable metals and causing damage to critical infrastructure. On November 21, people from the private detective agency returned to Lubań.
The Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters reported that it had received no reports concerning the dismantling or theft of high-voltage lines in Bolesławiec County.
