This is another step in the consistent revitalization of the city’s historic fabric. On November 5, 2025, an official acceptance of the works took place with the participation of a representative of the Voivodeship Monument Conservator. The project was made possible thanks to financial support from the Municipality of Bolesławiec, which awarded the housing communities a total grant of 300,000 złoty for the renovation of historic buildings.

The funds made it possible to co-finance the renovation of two charming tenement houses, which are an important part of the urban landscape and the history of this part of Bolesławiec. The property manager is the Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego w Bolesławcu. The scope of the work included a comprehensive renovation of the façades, restoring the architectural detail, conservation of the woodwork in the common areas, as well as the renovation of the veranda, one of the characteristic elements of the tenement house.

Thanks to the careful renovation, the unique character of the buildings was preserved. The final result is impressive—the restored tenement houses attract the attention of passers-by, harmoniously blending into their surroundings and highlighting the beauty of Bolesławiec’s historic buildings.
