As we previously reported, the matter concerned the way communication was handled: “The complaint concerned relations between a female resident and MZGM employees,” councillor Urszula Magryś explained. “The complaint pointed to misunderstandings and reservations regarding the way the conversation was conducted and information was conveyed during a site inspection on one of the city’s plots of land,” the councillor added.

The committee analysed the matter in terms of the correctness of the proceedings and the way communication with residents was conducted. During Wednesday’s session, the councillors voted to reject the complaint. All 18 councillors present at the session voted in favour of rejecting the complaint.
