We are pleased to announce that the tournament’s top scorer was Football Academy Bolesławiec player – Karol Holinka. Our player also ranked 10th in Poland for dribbling.

The competition took place on 10 October on the pitch of the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów. Young female and male footballers from across Poland competed for the title of the country’s best dribblers. Of the nearly 50,000 participants who took part in the club qualification rounds, 64 winners of the voivodeship finals in the 2013 and 2014 age groups came to Chorzów.

The following competitors stood on the highest step of the podium: Magdalena Uchacz (2015 age group), Maria Michałek (2014 age group), Wiktor Kowalczyk (2015 age group), Marcel Lewandowski (2014 age group). In addition to material prizes, the winners also received invitations to take part in matchday operations during the Poland–Netherlands match, which will take place on 14 November at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw.

Placings of players from Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the national classification:

  • 10. Karol Holinka, FA Bolesławiec (2014 age group),
  • 13. Krzysztof Krawczyk, Forza Wrocław (2015 age group),
  • 16. Beata Płoszczańska, Rapid Domaniów (2015 age group),
  • 16. Celina Młynarczyk, Forza Wrocław (2014 age group).

Karol Holinka also won the title of top scorer in the boys’ 2014 age group.

The young footballers’ efforts were watched, among others, by Marcin Kasprowicz (coach of the Poland women’s under-19 national team), Rafał Lasocki (coach of the under-16 boys’ team), Katarzyna Barlewicz (coach of the Poland women’s under-15 national team), Dariusz Gęsior (coach of the Poland under-15 national team), as well as Sławomir Kopczewski, PZPN vice-president for training, and Maciej Mateńko, president of Zachodniopomorski ZPN.

As part of the National Final, all participants and their coaches took seats in the stands of Superauto.pl Silesian Stadium and supported the Poland national team in its match against New Zealand. In addition to material prizes, the winners of the individual categories also received invitations to take part in matchday operations during the Poland–Netherlands match, which will take place on 14 November at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw.
