Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained a man who deliberately damaged two vehicles with a sharp tool and threatened one of their owners. Unit: – The perpetrator is a repeat offender who has previously been convicted of property crimes. He was detained immediately after the incident and had more than 1.5 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The 40-year-old came to the vicinity of the victims’ company and struck each of the vehicles, causing damage. Officers: – When he saw one of the car owners, he began threatening him with bodily harm and death.
At the prosecutor’s request, the court temporarily remanded the vandal in custody for three months. The man faces up to 7.5 years in prison.
