What is SIM?
SIM, or Społeczna Inicjatywa Mieszkaniowa, specializes in creating rental housing in cooperation with local municipalities and the Krajowy Zasób Nieruchomości. The program aims to provide moderate rental prices for people with average incomes who do not have the creditworthiness to purchase their own apartment but are able to pay the monthly rent regularly. This solution responds to contemporary housing challenges by offering an innovative combination of modern rental law with the option to buy the apartment and acquire ownership.
SIM KZN Łużyce sp. z o.o. is a joint project of 8 municipalities and the State Treasury, created in response to the housing needs of local communities. The company was established on December 4, 2023, in Węgliniec.
