The reader sent us an email with the telling title: “Pond on Gdańska Street.” She elaborated on the thought as follows:
On Gdańska Street, at the height of the former Klub Imperium, after every bout of heavy rainfall it is possible to “drown” a car. The District Roads Authority cannot manage to provide proper drainage for this section of the street.
She added: – After the road renovation carried out several years ago at this very location, instead of draining away more quickly, water accumulates even more. It would seem to be a fairly simple matter for road workers, so what is the problem?
We appeal for action.
