On 19 August 2025, an agreement was signed for the implementation of an important investment in the municipality—the construction of sports facilities at the Józef Piłsudski Primary School in Nowa Wieś. Municipal Office: “The project includes the creation of modern sports facilities intended to serve both students and the entire local community.”
The contractor for the works is BUD-ZIEM Sp. z o.o., based in Pszenno at 21 Słoneczna Street. The contract is worth over PLN 2 million gross.
What will be built?
The project includes:
- a football pitch with an artificial turf surface,
- a running track and a long-jump pit with a synthetic surface,
- sports equipment necessary for the full use of the facilities,
- concrete paving surfaces and finishing elements (edgings),
- fences and ball-stop nets,
- street furniture and green areas.
The electrical works will include:
- protection of existing installations,
- expansion of the RG and ROB switchboards,
- installation of modern pitch lighting,
- installation of video surveillance,
- installation of protective and equipotential bonding earthing systems.

The new sports facilities will significantly improve the conditions for physical education classes and enable the organization of sports competitions at the school and municipal levels. Thanks to the investment, children and young people from Nowa Wieś will gain a safe and functional place for sports, while the village’s residents will gain a space for active leisure.
The project is being carried out on the basis of construction and detailed design documentation, as well as technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.
