Last week, officers of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained two foreign nationals who had committed crimes. Headquarters:

After the perpetrators were detained and procedural activities completed, both men were brought before the justice system, where they received court sentences for the crimes they had committed. The Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters then submitted applications to the Commander of the Border Guard for decisions obliging the foreign nationals to return to their country.

After the relevant decisions were made, the Border Guard took the detainees over from officers of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters and, after completing the necessary formalities, transported them to the border of their home country.

The above actions carried out by officers from the Bolesławiec headquarters are intended to ensure the safety and public order of the residents of our county and to prevent the spread of crime among people arriving from abroad.

It also adds: We are sending a clear signal and warning all foreign nationals that there is no tolerance for violations of the law by people staying here as guests or arriving for employment purposes.
