The funeral ceremony will take place on Saturday, 5 July, at 12:00 at the cemetery in Złotoryja. Under his watchful guidance, children and young people developed their passion for artistic and sports gymnastics. As a coach, he was not only an experienced professional, but above all a warm-hearted and devoted mentor.
Marek Jaworowski began his sporting career in 1974 in Złotoryja, his hometown. As an athlete, he won medals at local and national competitions. He was a multiple Polish champion in men’s four-man and tumbling track events.
In the 1980s, he represented Poland as a member of the national team and performed at the German Williams Althoff circus. He was a man whose life was filled with a passion for sport and working with young people.
The Akademia team extends its deepest condolences to Marek Jaworowski’s family and loved ones. Not only an outstanding coach has passed away, but also a good man—a friend who will remain in our memory.
