On 30 June, police officers detained four people in Bolesławiec County who were wanted by the local District Court.

Criminal Division officers detained two men, both of whom had committed traffic offences. A 38-year-old resident of Bolesławiec had repeatedly driven while intoxicated and will spend the next eight months in prison. The second wanted man was a 29-year-old from Gmina Gromadka who, for violating a court driving ban, must serve a six-month prison sentence.

A police community officer from the Bolesławiec police headquarters noticed on one of the city’s streets a man who had been convicted of theft. The 49-year-old was detained to serve a prison sentence of more than seven months.

Meanwhile, police officers from the station in Nowogrodziec detained a 27-year-old from Gmina Osiecznica who had also failed to comply with a court driving ban and, pursuant to a judgment of the District Court in Bolesławiec, will spend five months in prison.
