– This is a response to the needs of residents, whom we will provide with a safe and quick journey home after cultural events or other evening activities in the capital of Lower Silesia – says Damian Stawikowski, president of Koleje Dolnośląskie.
It is worth adding that the first KD Super Sprinter will cover the night route in record time. The journey from Wrocław to Legnica will take just 33 minutes, and to Lubin just 47 minutes!
– We have been preparing to launch the night service for some time. The need for such a night train at weekends was reported to us not only by local government officials, but also by passengers themselves. If the KD Super Sprinter proves popular, it will become a permanent part of our timetable – says Bartłomiej Rodak, press spokesperson for Koleje Dolnośląskie.
