Two children were spotted on Thursday after 6:20 p.m. They are walking and jumping on the steep roofs of tenement buildings in Bolesławiec’s Market Square—between Manufaktura Smaku and the neighboring building. The situation looks very dangerous—the children are moving across high, sloping roofs without any safety measures.
Emergency services have already been notified.
We appeal to parents and guardians: talk to your children about the dangers associated with such behavior. A moment of fun could end tragically.
If you see similar situations, respond immediately. Health and life are at risk. Call 112.
Update at 6:40 p.m.
A police patrol arrived at the Market Square. An officer ordered the children to come down from the roof, after which the patrol went to the rear of the Market Square to investigate the entire incident and presumably speak with the parents.
We thank the woman from Bolesławiec who reported the matter to us for her vigilance and for notifying the services.
