The Trade Inspection checked 626 food-service establishments in Poland – irregularities were found in as many as 75% of them. They most often concerned the lack of a price list or unclear information about the price and quantity of a dish or beverage.
Inspectors also noted cases of unreliable service – portions were smaller than declared, and the ingredients differed from those listed on the menu. We remind you that a food-service provision must comply with the order. If you have any doubts, you have the right to file a complaint!
