On 19 February, we reported that Vendo Park would be built in Bolesławiec on Staroszkolna Street. It will be the fourth retail park in our city. Vendo Park Bolesławiec will be located on a plot covering more than 60,000 m², next to national road no. 94 (the city bypass), where a roundabout connecting the retail park with the bypass will be built.
The park’s retail space will total approximately 17,000 m². In addition, a separate building with an area of more than 9,000 m² will be constructed. The park will have 745 parking spaces
The park will include stores of chains that already have outlets in Bolesławiec. In addition to Biedronka there will be Martes Sport, Pepco, KiK, Rossmann, Media Expert and RTV Euro AGD.
New stores that are not yet present in Bolesławiec will also appear: Leroy Merlin (which will be located in the building with 9,000 m² of retail space), as well as stores of the following chains: Drogerie Markt and Maxi Zoo. The retail park is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2026.
