As reported by Bolesławiec City Hall:
A comprehensive energy modernization of 7 educational institutions will begin. The City of Bolesławiec has secured over PLN 9.5 million from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for an ambitious project to thermally modernize educational buildings.
The buildings that will be given a new lease of life include:
- Primary School No. 1 at 38C Jana Pawła II Street
- Primary School No. 2 at 2 Słowackiego Street
- Primary School No. 3 at 5 Ceramiczna Street
- Public Kindergarten No. 1 at 50d Jana Pawła II Street
- Public Kindergarten No. 4 at 9 Sądowa Street
- Public Kindergarten No. 7 at 5 Górne Młyny Street
- Branch of Public Kindergarten No. 3 at 42 Dolne Młyny Street.
Bolesławiec City Hall explains: “The aim of these measures is not only to reduce energy consumption, but also to improve thermal comfort in the buildings and significantly reduce heating costs. These investments are in line with the municipality’s long-term strategy, which focuses on sustainable development and environmental protection.
It also adds: “The energy transformation of educational institutions in Bolesławiec is an investment in modernity and savings. Thanks to the funds secured, Bolesławiec schools and kindergartens will become more environmentally friendly and more welcoming to the local community, contributing to better learning and working conditions for students and teachers.
