Just after 1 a.m. on February 2, firefighters were called to a fire at a single-family building connected to an outbuilding. Upon arriving at the scene, they found that the building was unoccupied and entirely engulfed in flames.
A comment appeared below the information about the fire:
Well, it was difficult to sell the historic building (...). I used to visit those people when I was still a child, and the older couple and their daughter took good care of the house. Those people are no longer here, and it is a pity.
Firefighters from the following units took part in extinguishing the fire: the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec, OSP Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, OSP Raciborowice and OSP Jurków. The police were also present at the scene.
