A reader wrote to istotne.pl:
Everything is fine, but 3 loungers upstairs in the sauna area is a bit excessive. People sit on the floor, on towels, like nomads, or hunt for a lounger, like at the beach in Stegna with beach lounging and windbreaks.
After all, this is a relaxation area. After leaving the sauna and taking a cold bucket shower, you need a moment to fully stretch out and lie down for good circulation... 8–10 loungers; MOSiR and the city will not go bankrupt, nor will this create additional work for the staff—the loungers require no service. I am counting on your support and consideration of the above request (...).
The reader pointed out that before writing to istotne.pl, he had contacted MOSiR directly about this, but initially received no response and there was no reaction. The institution replied and took action after we sent it an inquiry on his behalf. The reader received a response to his suggestion that the number of loungers in the sauna area had been increased.
Here is the response from MOSiR Bolesławiec received by the istotne.pl editorial team:
Good morning, in response to the submitted comment, we would like to inform you that we have increased the number of loungers in the sauna area.
To provide even greater comfort for our guests, we have increased the number of loungers in the sauna area by a further 3. At the same time, due to safety concerns, we cannot add more loungers because this could pose a hazard in the event of an evacuation.
Thank you for your understanding.
