Construction work has begun on Generała Tadeusza Rozwadowskiego Street in Bolesławiec. City Hall: “This is an important step toward improving road infrastructure. The project includes the construction of a 5.0-metre-wide road over a 297-metre section, as well as an internal road 207 metres long. Everything will be built with an asphalt surface and a curbside drainage channel.
It adds: “The project also includes widening the carriageway on bends, constructing verges, a 3.0-metre-wide pedestrian and cycle path, pedestrian crossings with a bicycle crossing, and an intersection with the district road, namely Bronisława Kosiby Street.

The project also includes the construction of a retention basin, a stormwater drainage network, road lighting, water supply connections and sanitary sewer connections. All the work will be carried out by ELTOR from Lubań.

The total cost of the investment on Generała Tadeusza Rozwadowskiego Street is PLN 2,290,000. Funding comes from the Government Polish Deal Fund: Strategic Investment Programme, under the project titled “Construction of municipal roads – connecting residential and service areas in Bolesławiec.” The programme funds the construction of three roads in Bolesławiec: Generała Tadeusza Rozwadowskiego Street, Generała Józefa Hallera Street and Sokola Street. The funding for the construction of these roads amounts to PLN 8,000,000, representing 91.43% of the final investment value. This project will improve connections to residential and service areas in Bolesławiec, while residents will gain modern and functional infrastructure.
