As reported by the Bolesławiec municipal authorities:
The municipal stadium in Bolesławiec is undergoing a fascinating transformation. As part of the “Modernisation and expansion of the stadium in Bolesławiec” project, intensive work is underway on the structure and roofing of the main stand and the warm-up track. The project is being carried out by TAMEX OBIEKTY SPORTOWE of Warsaw.
Municipal officials emphasise:
The stadium’s new look will not only improve spectators’ comfort, but will also make it possible to organise official athletics competitions under the auspices of the Polish Athletics Association. A modern football pitch with a natural surface measuring 64x100 m will enable football matches to be played at the Polish Football Association’s third-division level. In addition, the stadium will gain a 400-metre oval athletics track and a range of professional facilities, including high-jump and long-jump pits, throwing areas and a water jump for steeplechase events.
Work is still underway, with the opening planned for this spring.
