Zbigniew Herbut is one of the initiators of an association that would care for homeless animals, educate owners and help develop legislation concerning animal care. “We will talk not only about poor dogs or how to improve their situation,” says Zbigniew Herbut. “We will also consider how to improve the appearance of our city. Unfortunately, it is true that Bolesławiec is terribly polluted by animals. Someone has to take care of ensuring that people clean up after their dogs.”
The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 23, at 4:30 p.m. at the community center of the Powiatowe Centrum Edukacji i Kształcenia Kadr on Ogrodowa Street. The organizer invites everyone interested.
