The incident occurred on Friday, December 20, at a primary school in Gryfów Śląski. The administration of the educational institution notified the police in Lwówek Śląski that two female students at the school might have consumed alcohol. The suspicions were confirmed.

A patrol was immediately dispatched to the scene. A test conducted by the officers showed that the 13-year-old had 1 per mille of alcohol in her breath, while her friend, who was a year older, had almost twice as much!

The older student, who had almost 2 per mille of alcohol in her system, was taken to hospital. The younger one was placed in her parents’ care.

The police are investigating the matter, including how the students came into possession of the alcohol.
