The singing of Christmas carols and pastorale songs that filled the hall put everyone in a festive mood. The seniors joined in the singing with great joy, sharing smiles and warm words with one another. There was also time for conversations, which allowed them to exchange memories from past years.
The gathering included prayer and the traditional sharing of the Christmas wafer, a symbolic gesture of unity and community. Everyone present had the opportunity to feel part of a family with which they share not only special moments but also the joy of the approaching Christmas holiday.
