According to the reader, an unbearable stench can be smelled near the graduation tower and the gallery building.
Reader:
I was walking past that graduation tower and the gallery, and it smelled so strongly of urine there.
It is meant for people and their health, yet it smells unbelievably bad there.
The stench in that area is probably caused by people who enjoy alcoholic beverages, who feast in the nearby park and relieve themselves wherever they happen to be.
We appeal to the services to address the problem.
