Journalists from Oko.press wrote in their report Exposed: migrants as fictitious volunteers clean Amazon warehouses in Poland, writing:

"Migrants working for Amazon's subcontractor, the cleaning company Dussmann, are employed as fictitious volunteers who receive 'social assistance' instead of wages. (...) For women, a shift lasts 10.5 hours, and for men as much as 12, with some of them being so-called night shifts. They usually work more than 220 hours a month and have one day off a week. They collect plastic film and cardboard, sweep, wash floors, take out rubbish, and clean toilets, canteens and staff rooms. They also operate balers, devices used to reduce the amount of waste."
