– Bolesławiec police officers detained a 48-year-old man in connection with a report of persistent harassment – explains asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters. – The victim repeatedly received text messages with various content. The perpetrator repeatedly called the woman at different times of day and night, rang her intercom and stood outside her window. The stalker waited for her in various places and harassed his victim at her workplace.
She adds: – Investigators had no doubt that the man should be isolated. The suspect’s negative behavior led to the detention of a Bolesławiec resident.
The court placed the 48-year-old in temporary custody for two months. The Bolesławiec resident faces up to eight years in prison.
