The District Building Supervision Inspector issued a decision, and the work is being carried out by Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno – Handlowo Usługowe A&M from Bolesławice. After the rubble is removed and the site is cleared, the area formerly occupied by the hotel will be prepared for additional parking spaces. The demolition costs PLN 94,000. The funds come from the crisis reserve. The work will continue until mid-December 2024.
