As we have managed to establish, the aggressor was charged with several offenses. They concern making threats against the school’s students, aggression (hitting and biting), as well as insulting and violating the bodily integrity of police officers.
Importantly, the 43-year-old had already been convicted of making threats.
What is more, the prosecutor placed the suspect under police supervision and imposed a ban on approaching both specific students and entering the premises of / area around the school in question.
The attacker faces up to three years in prison.
The incident took place on October 30. As a reader informed us:
(…) after 11 a.m., a dangerous situation occurred near ZSOiZ on Komuny Paryskiej Street. A fight broke out between someone from outside the school and students.
She added: – The students were injured, and a female teacher was probably also hurt. (...) The police and an ambulance intervened.
We asked the Bolesławiec police about the matter. The officers are not providing details for now. Here is what they wrote in response:
(…) police officers intervened yesterday at the school in connection with an aggressive man; the 43-year-old from Bolesławiec was detained.
They added: – The participants are being questioned and evidence is being secured.
