The incident took place on October 22 at the pedestrian crossing by the PKP railway station in Bolesławiec. The man stepped onto the crossing and walked towards the railway building. At that time, a gray Opel with German registration plates was driving from the direction of Chrobrego Street. The Opel driver did not stop at all before the crossing, where a pedestrian was already present, and nearly ran over his feet.
