The incident occurred on September 17, after 9:00 p.m., at kilometre 66 of the A18 in the direction of the border. The 20-year-old driver of a Seat failed to adjust her speed to the road conditions and hit an energy-absorbing barrier.
Fortunately, no one suffered any more serious injuries. The offender, a resident of Bolesławiec County, was fined PLN 1,100.
Police appeal for caution and prudence on the road.
