As reported by the mayor of Osiecznica Municipality:
Currently, water levels in the rivers within our municipality do not pose a flood threat—the water level has fallen by approximately 30 cm since yesterday. The roads in Tomisław remain closed:
- the county road from the church in Tomisław to the bridge in Osieczów is closed,
- the municipal road serving as a shortcut from Tomisław (turn-off from the county road between buildings numbered 82–86) to Osieczów (right by the bridge) is closed.
Access to Osieczów is possible from the direction of Dobra and from the direction of Kliczków.
