We received a photo from a reader and a request to publicize the problem of rats in the apartment blocks at 6–9 and 10–13 Bielska Street in Bolesławiec. According to information from the reader, the problem has already been reported to the property manager, Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Bolesławianka.
Unfortunately, the rats are still there. They roam the stairwells and the areas around the properties. The photo shows a rat climbing up the wall toward a noticeboard in one of the stairwells of the properties mentioned above.
This was not an isolated incident. The reader claims that rodents have been seen on the property grounds repeatedly.
We contacted Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Bolesławianka for comment on the matter. We will publish the property manager’s response as soon as we receive it.
