Bolesławiec police:
The man fell asleep due to fatigue, hit an energy-absorbing barrier and then drove into a ditch.
The foreign national was fined PLN 100.

The vehicle has already been removed from the scene. It was driven by a Ukrainian citizen, who was unharmed.
The incident took place on Thursday, 27 June, at kilometre 69 of the A18 motorway. Shortly after 7:00 a.m., firefighters from Bolesławiec were dispatched to a heavy goods vehicle that had left the road and was blocking one lane in the direction of Wrocław.
Fortunately, no one suffered more serious injuries. The following uniformed services took part in the operation:
- JRG Bolesławiec,
- OSP Trzebień,
- KPP Bolesławiec.
The latter are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.
