Preliminary findings by Lwówek police officers indicate that the 19-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County who was riding the motorcycle, traveling along provincial road 297 toward Lwówek Śląski, lost control of the vehicle on a bend in the road, causing it to leave the road and enter a ditch. The motorcyclist was thrown from the vehicle and hit a fence.
The teenager suffered numerous bruises and fractures and was taken to hospital. Lwówek police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.
