One of the most important construction stages has now been completed—the building shell is closed. The buildings already have roofs, windows, doors, staircases, partition walls in the apartments and electrical installations.
A total of 44 apartments are being built in the buildings: 6 one-room apartments measuring approximately 29 sq m, 32 two-room apartments measuring between 41 and 55 sq m, and 6 three-room apartments measuring between 72 and 78 sq m. The area around the buildings will be developed as a recreational space and an above-ground car park with 60 spaces. Each unit will include a storage room and a balcony or terrace.
The contractor is Sigma Sp. komandytowa from Bolesławiec. Costs amount to PLN 12,880,900. The project is being financed from the TBS company's own funds, a loan granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, funds transferred by the Municipality of Bolesławiec from the Subsidy Fund, and contributions from future tenants. Tenants' contribution to the cost of constructing the apartments has been set at PLN 2,000 per square metre of apartment space. The work is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. Occupancy of the building will take place in the summer months of 2025.
