Another success for Damian Lisowik from Bolesławiec. At the WPA Polish Championships in RAW/EQ Bench Press, held in Łódź at the end of May, our athlete defended his championship title in the 75 KG weight category. Result: 170 kg.
The Bolesławiec resident, who won two gold medals at the Łódź competition, prepared for the championships for approximately eight weeks at two gyms in Bolesławiec:
- Orka – MOSiR Bolesławiec,
- Fit Style Zone.
We congratulate the athlete and wish him continued success.
