Permits are issued for a period not exceeding one year, which makes their renewal extremely important. Currently, a resident permit may be obtained by an individual who meets all of the following conditions:
- is registered for permanent or temporary residence in the city of Bolesławiec,
- has settled their PIT tax for the previous year, indicating a residential address in the city of Bolesławiec,
- is the owner of a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5 tonnes.
If the permit has expired or is about to expire, we encourage you to renew it as soon as possible rather than waiting until the last day of its validity. This will help avoid queues and minimize the waiting time needed to handle the matter.
