Officers from the police station in Kruszyn, who patrolled the Gromadka municipality last night, stopped a vehicle with registration plates from the Masovian Voivodeship for inspection. The driver turned out to be a resident of Legnica County.
Police: – By getting behind the wheel, the 28-year-old disregarded a ruling by the District Court in Lubin banning him from driving any motor vehicles. The man also had his driving privileges revoked by an administrative decision.
The 28-year-old suspect now faces up to five years in prison.
