On Thursday, May 9, the person managing ROD Serbinowo on Lubańska Street in Bolesławiec reported to the police that someone had abandoned a Škoda with Bolesławiec registration plates near the allotments. The police did not help. Apparently, the car has an owner and is insured, but it was left in a place that is not a car park. The car has no catalytic converter and has been stripped; the reader used the word “gutted.”
Through the portal, the allotment gardeners are appealing to the owner to clean up his property, which is littering the area near the allotments. On Thursday, May 9, we sent an inquiry to the police spokesperson asking whether the police could—or what they had done to—find the owner and compel him to remove the vehicle. We are waiting for a response.
