Pattern U408 by Jacek Chyła is a classic among the unique decorations of “Ceramika Artystyczna” Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła Artystycznego in Bolesławiec. Decoration U408 was designed in 1994 and immediately became the most popular pattern produced by our cooperative, even becoming the most popular decoration—a true number one—in the United States.
For 30 years, it has consistently won new customers in markets around the world, who have been delighted by this beautiful decoration, combining small stamps with skillfully painted large cobalt flowers. The depth of color and the floral motif created a decoration on the vessels unlike any other, and this has been its strength and success from the very beginning.
The U408 decoration by Jacek Chyła clearly requires a special presentation and promotion, so for the 30th anniversary of its creation, we prepared it in a slightly different form, decorating almost the entire surface of the vessel with flowers.
