Bolesławiec police:
The driver of a Ford vehicle, a resident of Bolesławiec, failed to give way to a 70-year-old female pedestrian, a resident of Bolesławiec, who was walking across a pedestrian crossing, as a result of which she was hit. The woman sustained injuries resulting in a health disorder lasting less than seven days.
The case will end up in court. The perpetrator is not licensed to drive a vehicle.
The incident occurred on April 12, before noon, on Dolne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec. According to preliminary information, the driver of a Ford hit an elderly woman on a pedestrian crossing. She was injured and taken to hospital.
