The development can be seen from the Bolesławiec–Łaziska road. Driving from Bolesławiec, after passing the roundabout, construction work is underway to the right of the cycle path.
It turns out that the site contains plots designated for residential development, and houses are being built there. A new housing estate will soon be created there.
