Yesterday, the song “Bluesman” by the band Z Dzielni Chłopcy reached radio stations. It is the first single from the band’s new album, announced for this autumn.
About the band
In 2018, three musicians from Lower Silesian bands Obstawa Prezydenta (Sławek Sobieski, acoustic guitar) and Midnight Blues (Jarek Saniewski, vocals, and Paweł Wawrzyniak, acoustic guitar) joined forces and formed the acoustic trio Z Dzielni Chłopcy. The band’s repertoire includes both songs familiar to blues fans and the trio’s original compositions.
In November 2020, as part of the Czerwone Miasto project, the band’s debut album, titled “Blues z mojej dzielnicy,” was released. The album received positive reviews from listeners and music critics, and was also nominated for the 2021 Fryderyk Award. Recorded live, the material captures the true atmosphere and sound of the band’s music.
Z Dzielni Chłopcy are happy to play in clubs, at events and outdoor gatherings. In 2019, they performed at Poland’s largest open-air blues festival – Suwałki Blues Festival.
Z Dzielni Chłopcy:
We warmly encourage you to check out the latest song by Z Dzielni Chłopcy, titled “Bluesman,” which previews the group’s second studio album. The song is a tongue-in-cheek story about the everyday life of blues musicians, which, although cheerful, is usually associated with many different difficulties…
